Your satisfaction matters to us. Because sea moss gel is a fresh, perishable food, our policy works a little differently from a typical product.

Perishable food: no returns

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of sea moss gel once it has shipped. This is standard for fresh, consumable food products.

Damaged, spoiled, or wrong orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Email hello@qualitymossaruba.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Because we pack fresh to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually help before it has been dispatched.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
